Construction Security Monitoring Services
DECO has an established Construction Security Monitoring program. This program provides Top Secret cleared surveillance personnel, site security coordination personnel, and counterintelligence personnel at overseas and domestic construction sites. DECO currently has personnel deployed in countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America. A main component in the Construction Security Monitoring program includes Cleared American Guards (CAG) and Construction Surveillance Technicians (CST). A CAG is a specialized security professional that provides access control, control of secured areas, and material and personnel escort within a construction site. The CSTs are construction based positions that monitor construction related activities at the site. The CST performs inspections by monitoring blue‐prints, tools and materials, and inspecting performance of the operations. Both the CAG and CST positions require a Top Secret clearance
