The 5 goals in this mission statement are specific areas where DECO attempts to strengthen itself and its client relations.  It is from these goals that the performance doctrine is established and promoted.

Conserve client and DECO resources and the assets in their care, and provide policies and best practices for their asset management.  Minimize risk for the administration, operations, and clientele to guarantee future success.

Be the preferred provider for a diversified list of agencies by efficiently and economically delivering consistently high quality and best value.  Instill in workforce that every day’s performance is a step towards excellence.

Delight our customers and agency partners by developing and delivering creative solutions to meet their needs for products and services, technology and telecommunications, and policy guidance.  Be innovative and an industry leader.

Fulfill the intent of socioeconomic laws and Executive Orders and help our customers to do so as well.
